Product Overview
This V1 Natural Veg-Tan Leather is tanned slowly with Sepici’s proprietary antique blend of oak, chestnut, mimosa, and quebracho extracts. This centuries-old method uses the tannic acids from tree bark and leaves, resulting in a leather with a natural aroma of wood and earth.
At 2/3oz (0.8–1.2 mm), this is the lightest weight in the V1 series — perfect for wallet interiors, small accessories, linings, intricate tooling, bookbinding, filigree, lightweight straps, and wet-forming miniature shapes. The surface is smooth and consistent, ideal for projects requiring precision.
